NFT වල අදුරු පැතිකඩ #Dinida_Kariyawasam

NFT ගැන ලොකු කතාවක් – NFT වල invest කරන්න. කොහොමද කරන්නෙ? මොනාද මේ NFT? අරයත් NFT වලින් මෙච්චරක් හොයල. මෙන්න මේ වගේ කතා ගොඩක් පහුගිය කාලෙ ඔයාට ඇහෙන්න ඇති. ඇත්තටම NFT එකක් කියන්නෙ මොකක්ද? මේකෙ Concept එක මොකක්ද? මේ හරහා ඇත්තටම Unlimited වූ Digital Goods වලට Artificial Rarity එකක් ඇතිකරල හදන්න උත්සහ කරන වෙළදපොල මොකක්ද? මේ හැම දෙයක් ගැනම විස්තර සහිතව Video එකක් මම අරගෙන ආව. මේ Video එක බලන්න අවශ්‍ය අයට ලිපිය අවසානයේ Video එක දාල තියෙනව. හොදම Webhosting වලටa2 Hosting කොහොම වෙතත් මේ NFT වලදි විශාල මුදලකට විකිණුන Digital Art එකක් නොවන දෙය තමයි Twitter නිර්මාණය කරපු Jack Dorsey ගෙ පළමු Tweet එකට ඇති අයිතිය. මේක මිලදී ගත්ත Sina Estavi කියන පුද්ගලය මේකට ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 2.9ක් ගෙව්ව. මේ වගේ විශාල මුදලකට 2021 අවුරුද්දෙ ගත්ත මේ NFT එක 2022 අප්‍රේල් 9 වෙනිද Sina Estavi විසින් ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 48කට විකිණීමට Auction එකක් සංවිධානය කලා. මේ වගේ NFT එකක් අවුරුද්දක් තුල අඩුම තරමින් දෙගුණයක් වත් මිළ ඉහල යන්න අවශයයි. නමුත් Auction එකේදි ලැබුන ලොකුම ලංසුව උනේ කාටත් අදහාගත නොහැකි ගණනක්. වැඩිම ලංසුව විදිහට ඉදිරිපත් වෙලා තිබුනෙ නිකම්ම ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් 3600ක්. මේ සමගම Sina Estavi විසින් මෙය හොද මිළක් නොලැබුනොත් තමා සන්තකයේම තබාගන්නා බවට ප්‍රකාශයක් නිකුත් කර තිබුන. ඇත්තටම NFT එකක් කියන්නෙ තවත් උන්මාදයක් විතරයි. මේ සදහා වරින් වර ජනප්‍රිය පුද්ගලයන් යොදාගෙන පුවත් මැවීම සහ යම් Hype එකක් ඇතිකිරීම හරහා digital image එකක් හෝ වෙනත් Digital Asset විශාල මුදල් වලට විකිණීම සිදුවෙනව. කෙසේ වෙතත් 2022 වනවිට NFT market value එක 50%කින් පමණ අඩුවී තිබෙනව. දැන් මෙම NFT ගත්ත පුද්ගලයන් ඒවාට කල හැකි දේවල් ගැන හොයමින් ඉන්නව කියලත් වාර්තා වෙනව. NFT කියන්නෙ ඕනෑම වතාවත් Copy Paste කල හැකි, කෙතරම් Copy Paste කලත් Pixel එක්ක හෝ වෙනස් නොවන – කොතරම් Copy කලත් Original එකේ සහ Copy එකේ වෙනසක් හොයන්න බැරි Digital Asset එකකට ඇති අයිතිය තහවුරු කිරීමේ ක්‍රමයක් පමණයි. ඔයාලටත් මේ USD මිලියන 3ක් පමණ වටින Tweet එක තත්පර පහක් විතර වැය කරල Screen Shot එකක් අරන් තියාගන්න කාගෙන්වත් බාධාවක් නැහැ.
